The tutor selection process begins with initial interviews to learn about the teaching experience and attitude of each candidate. Tutor candidates who get past the initial stage go on to another level of meetings and interviews with eTutorWorld directors and administrators. These second stage interviews are highly effective in finding the most professionally equipped tutors available. Following the hiring of our tutors, they are required to participate in a several week training session which will assure the tutor has a sound understanding of our mission and our expectations. Tutors are finally selected to tutor live students only if they qualify the assessment for certification.
