If you wish to cancel the online tutoring service please let us know. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused tutoring lessons, no questions asked.

Online Tutoring Service Cancellation/Refund request must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Refund will be provided for the unused tutoring lessons after deducting 10% administration fee and $25 per lesson for lessons already taken for Grade 1 to 12 and $28 for Test Prep.

For example, if $239 was paid for a 10 hour pack for Grade 8. This subscription is cancelled after taking 3 lessons. We will deduct the administration fee 10% of $239 = $23.90 and cost of 3 lessons, 3 x $25 = $75 and refund the balance $239 – $23.90 – $75 = $140.10 to you.

The money back guarantee is not applicable for Assignment Help, Practice Test, Worksheet Learning Packages, Integrated Test Prep Plans and Integrated Learning Packages.
